Tranby’s archives hold one of the biggest collections of Aboriginal & Torres Strait Island records and artefacts outside the State Library. The Tranby Archives preserve and provide access to the permanent records of Tranby. These are authentic records that document and illustrate the life and times of Tranby, its students, staff, activities and governance. The collection reflects the working life, achievements and celebrations of Tranby and Indigenous recent history since the 1950s.

The Eighth Gathering of Healing Our Spirit Worldwide brings together First Nations peoples from around the world to share knowledge and ideas. Co-hosted by The University of Sydney and The Healing Foundation it will be the largest event of its kind in Australia and bring together policy makers, service practitioners and communities raising awareness of the importance of healing for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders, and First Nations people.
