DPV Health is a not-for-profit organisation that offers exceptional health care services to people of all ages. We are an inclusive organisation that celebrates the diversity of all people within our communities. We are passionate about helping to support people to lead happy healthy lives. Our new vision is “A healthier and connected community, with excellent care for all.” Our purpose is to support you to live a happy and healthy life, through the provision of inclusive, locally based health and wellbeing services. We provide a range of services that focus on addressing the needs of our community, taking account of physical, social, and emotional aspects of well-being - on prevention, early intervention and promotion of health and well-being. Our approach includes direct care, community development, partnership, advocacy and joint work within internal teams and external agencies. Our partnerships include networking, cooperation, coordination and collaboration. Working in partnership allows the design of broader strategies to strengthen our community through our combined strengths and provides greater awareness and opportunities for advocacy on behalf of our community - across the Whittlesea and Hume LGA's.
