We aim to promote Archery as a world sport, to provide an opportunity to be involved in and enjoy this great sport. Geelong Archers is an archery club located in Geelong, for over 50 years, specialising in Target, Field and Clout archery since 1960. We are one of the oldest in Victoria. We offer Come 'N' Try courses which are an essential step in joining Geelong Archers. This allow for you to undergo instruction in how to safely shoot both recurve and compound bows, and are held over three consecutive weeks. For more information please do not hesitate to contact us. Our members shoot a large range of bows, including traditional bows, recurve bows and compound bows. We cater for both junior and senior archers, and shoot multiple times a week in a friendly, inclusive atmosphere. We have two different grounds to shoot on. Our first range is located at Jarvis Oval at Deakin University, Waurn Ponds and another located at Abewood Reserve on Edgerton Road Lovely Banks.
