The Construction & Maintenance business unit's purpose is:
To provide a workforce to undertake the construction of Capital Work projects and maintenance of all engineering assets, including roads and drainage, parks assets and other associated assets to ensure a safer and user friendly environment for the Community.
The Natural Environmental Maintenance Department is responsible for delivering management forks for 856Ha of bushland within the City of Swan.
