Community Transport is a NFP organisation located on the Lower North Shore that provides subsidised transport services for anyone aged 65 and over registered with My Aged Care and residing in the local council areas of Mosman, North Sydney, Willoughby and Lane Cove. We help take clients to medical and dental appointments, group shopping and social outings to allow people to stay connected in the community. We have exciting weekly group outings to various destinations where you can meet other residents and make new friends. Our friendly and experienced drivers collect and return people to their homes after each trip.
