Harvest Launceston Community Farmers’ Market Incorporated (Harvest) is a not-for-profit Incorporated Association. The market is open every Saturday from 8:30am to 12:30pm at the Cimitiere Street Car Park. The purpose of Harvest is to provide an avenue for growers/makers of Tasmanian food to sell directly to the customer. Harvest is also aiming to contribute to the local community by creating a social hub and by linking in with like-minded organisations.
