The Edible CIRCLE Fresh Food Share (ECFFS) is IEBs signature event. It is one of the first IEB activities to run and has been running since April 2014; in partnership with Broome CIRCLE. The ECFFS is a community-run ‘share session’ for locally grown edible produce at Broome CIRCLE. Sharing items include: seeds, seedlings, plants, fresh produce such as herbs, fruit, veggies, nuts and flowers. Processed produce to be phased in ensuring safe food practices have been used i.e. jams, chutneys, relishes, sauces, breads etc. The shares will also be networking opportunities to include: sharing local knowledge, links to local producers/retailers and workshops to learn new skills.
