The vision of JoCare is directed to encouraging friendship and support within neighbourhoods in the local Stonnington area. JoCare volunteers make a difference in the community by connecting with those who are socially isolated. Volunteers visit people in their homes or in residential aged care facilities. During the COVID-19 pandemic volunteers are undertaking volunteering through phone calls and letter writing
