Possibly Australia's oldest cultural institution having been established in 1821 the Royal Agricultural Society of Tasmania exists to promote agriculture and related industry principally through events such as the Royal Hobart Show, the Royal Hobart Food Show and the Royal Hobart Wine Show among others.
