The TAC L2P Program Banyule, helps disadvantaged learner drivers get their driver’s licence. By providing support to young people in the City of Banyule to learn to drive in a safe and lawful manner and to increase their prospects of finding employment. The L2P learner driver mentor program, an initiative of VicRoads funded by the TAC, is a community-based program designed to help disadvantaged learner drivers get their driver’s licence.
