The Karratha Equestrian Centre is the home of all equestrian activities in the City of Karratha. The Centre manages a lease of land that facilitates the stabling of horses and is home to the local pony club and the adult riding club. The club is located on Robins Road and the land is leased from both the City of Karratha and the Water Corporation. The centre has a management committee that manages all things associated with giving the ability for people to keep horses in Karratha, as well as currently developing a section of its land with extensive Equestrian Facilities to accommodate everyday riding through to events and clinics. The main objectives of the Karratha Equestrian Centre are: To manage the Centre in accordance with the 2 lease agreements To ensure Policies and Procedures are in place to the manage the association To manage individual leases agreements to members Bylaws are upheld for the safety and wellbeing of all members To provide facilities to enable all kind of sport and recreation connected with horses and riding.
