Free the Bears - Supported by Cockburn Volunteer Resource Centre

Free the Bears has helped rescue over 1000 bears from the world's most vulnerable bear species (sun bears, moon bears and sloth bears) and we provide ongoing care to hundreds of rescued sun bears and moon bears at the sanctuaries we operate in three countries in South-East Asia. Free the Bears operates out of our head office here in Stirling, Perth. We conduct activities and events around Perth to raise awareness and funds for the rescued bears in the sanctuaries, with the help of volunteers.
