Palliative Care South East provides palliative care in the south east metropolitan region of Melbourne. We support people with a life threatening illness to live well and, in doing so, offer support at home to improve the quality of life of individuals, carers and families. We provide specialist palliative care services to people of all ages, free of charge, wherever your home may be. Our services are provided in the Local Government areas of Cardinia, Casey, Greater Dandenong and part of Kingston. Our service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You can contact us to discuss any concerns you may have at any time. People can be referred to us by treating doctors, local hospitals, treating specialists, allied health professionals, by self or by family members and friends.
