The Hobsons Bay Mens Shed Network Inc (HBMS) is a non-profit local organisation that provide a space for craftwork and social interaction particularly for older or retired people. The movement originated in Australia around the 1980s as a way to improve the health and wellbeing of older men. Members can partake in a number of activities at the shed including woodworking, metalwork, music, photography, computers / electronics etc.
