Astley Care provides quality person centred care which means designing services around you rather than the staff or the organisation. We do this through: Providing services at times to suit you – not to fit in with us; Matching staff and client so you get to know your support worker; Providing the same support worker and not changing them each week; Employing our own staff, who we know and train, and not staff from an agency; Keeping you in touch with any changes which may occur due to staff leave; Ensuring that clients who attend have input into the design of our Day Club activities; Providing a range of services to support carers; Welcoming you or your carer’s feedback; Employing support workers who live in your community and are aware of facilities etc; Supporting our staff and maintaining high staff retention rates.
