We are a team of specialist palliative care nurses, supportive care advisors, patient and family support volunteers, and compassionate administration and support staff. We cover the City of Ballarat, Hepburn Shire, the northern end of Golden Plains Shire and the western end of Moorabool Shire.
Established by community members in 1985, our not for profit organisation guides patients, and supports carers and families to live, die and grieve well.
