The Hero Hunter Foundation (HHF) is a WA based charity that provides support to families with a child undergoing oncology treatment in Australia. HHF aims to ensure that every family with a child undergoing treatment has access to practical support so their attention is focused on caring for their sick child and the rest of their family. HHF was established in memory of Hunter Leigh Madden who was three years old when diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia. Hunter battled Leukaemia for five years, had three relapses, gruelling treatment and sadly died in September 2021 at just eight years old. Despite the grief over Hunter’s passing; his parents were extremely grateful for the presence of an extensive support network of family and friends. This support provided the necessary framework to allow them to focus their energy on Hunter’s treatment. Our Values * Support * Respect * Inclusivity * Compassion * Sustainability
