Advancing Communities Australia is a charity established in 2023, aiming to assist in the communities of Ipswich and West Moreton. Its goal is to improve health outcomes for people in the region whilst ensuring that the social elements that impact health - like housing, employment and education - are all considered in providing assistance. To do this, we have created a 'backbone' organisation run 100% by volunteers, a charity that brings together many parts of a community to do good. Much of this good is centred around health, environmental sustainability and community development.
