The Roelands/ Olive Hill Volunteer Bushfire Brigade (VBFB) provides fire protection, prevention, and firefighting services to the shire of Harvey and surrounding areas. The Bush Fire Brigade is run entirely by volunteers predominantly from the local community. We are often called upon to assist other fire and emergency service agencies outside of our area and work co-operatively with many other organisations. We have opportunities for anyone looking to serve the community in an extremely rewarding and friendly environment. Members are welcomed to provide any role we may require including active firefighters however auxiliary members can fill positions on the management committee or assist with many jobs around the station.
