Formed in 2008, Desperate for Love Dog Pound Rescue Inc. (DFL) is a registered Perth charity that is committed to saving as many dogs from pounds as possible, to date we have saved more than 3000 dogs. DFL is run entirely by volunteers, with no premises or paid staff. We are a foster based rescue.
