The Marmalade Foundation Limited

Our mission is to provide a safe place where women’s basic needs are met, a community in which to heal and the support to empower women to rebuild their lives. Lou's Place was established by a small group of women in 1999 as a daytime refuge to help and support women in crisis. They set up The Marmalade Foundation Ltd to fund and operate Lou's Place. Since then, the foundation has grown considerably.
