Alzheimer’s WA is the leading provider of dementia care services in Western Australia and is experiencing significant growth in its services. Our services include advocacy, education, partnerships, training, consultancy and holistic person-centred care programs, based on a philosophy of understanding the lived experience of those living with dementia. We provide CHSP, HCP and NDIS packages and day/overnight respite in our four homes based in Perth, Woodvale, Mandurah and Albany.
