The Southern Communities Advocacy, Legal and Education Service Inc. (SCALES Community Legal Centre) is a not for profit incorporated association that has provided free legal services in various areas of law to the south coastal Perth metropolitan region focussing on Kwinana and Rockingham for 27 years. Our clients are people who face barriers to accessing justice and would otherwise not be able to access legal services without our help.
