Serpentine Jarrahdale Food and Farm Alliance Inc

The purpose of the SJFFA is to support the Serpentine Jarrahdale Shire as a hub for sustainable peri-urban agriculture in the Peel. To that end we established the Serpentine Jarrahdale Farmers' Market three years ago as a way of providing local producers and the community to connect directly for their mutual benefit. The market relies almost exclusively on volunteer manpower, and in turn provides volunteers with opportunities for professional and business networking, development of employability skills, personal growth and social/community connection. It also serves as a springboard for other our educational activities such as workshops, events etc.
