Guide Dogs Qld provides support services to Queenslanders living with vision loss or blindness to achieve independence, participation, inclusion and well being. As a not-for-profit charity we rely on community support to help us continue to achieve these outcomes by raising funds. We need volunteers to help support our small team at fundraising events such as gate ticketing and merchandise sales as well as general event setting up. We are holding the inaugural Guide Dogs Townsville Canine Carnival on Saturday 26th Oct and are looking for volunteers with a passion for helping others, love being involved with the public, and have a fun attitude.
