Connecting 2 Communities (C2C) is a dedicated organisation that supports individuals by fostering personal development, community connection, and skill-building. We run a variety of programs, including arts and crafts, sustainable practices, and work experience opportunities, designed to empower participants and equip them with practical skills for everyday life and future employment. Our efforts are community-driven, aiming to create inclusive environments where everyone can thrive.
