Heart 2 Art is an NDIS provider dedicated to empowering participants through access to social and community engagement opportunities. Our services include dynamic NDIS Community Programs and personalised 1:1 Creative Mentoring, where we facilitate a variety of creative activities such as painting, drawing, crafts, pottery, and more. Operating across the Gold Coast and Brisbane regions, we aim to create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment that nurtures creativity, builds confidence, and fosters meaningful connections.
