Momentum Mental Health

Momentum Mental Health is a not-for-profit Company Limited by Guarantee with Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status, governed by a skilled and committed voluntary board. We currently employ 14 staff, including 8 Wellbeing Coaches, and support people across Toowoomba, Warwick, and Chinchilla, with outreach to Miles, Tara, Dalby, and Kingaroy. Our team works from three regional hubs and partners with over 60 community, education, and health organisations to deliver creative, inclusive, and co-designed mental health programs. From art therapy and peer-led group programs to community events and wellbeing talks, Momentum is at the forefront of grassroots recovery-focused mental health and wellbeing care. We’ve been recognised with multiple Toowoomba Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards and are proud finalists in the Queensland Community Impact Awards and Toowoomba and darling Downs Business DisABILITY Awards.
