Helping Hands & Hearts Sydney (HHH) is a grassroots, volunteer-driven not-for-profit organisation committed to supporting vulnerable people in our community with dignity and compassion. We provide practical help, emotional support, and create safe spaces for connection. HHH reaches out to those experiencing homelessness, hardship, social isolation, mental health challenges, and disability — offering fresh food, essential supplies, and a helping hand when it’s needed most. We are proudly community-powered, partnering with local businesses and volunteers to strengthen the fabric of our neighbourhoods and make sure no one is left behind.
