Good Shepherd Lodge Ltd is the largest aged care provider in the Mackay region and has been providing care to older Australians since 1974. It is our vision to be the Aged Care service provider of choice in the Mackay and Whitsunday region. We provide care across two sites in Mackay, our original home in East Mackay and our second newer integrated living community in Beaconsfield, Kerrisdale Gardens. We offer care and accommodation for over 260 residents across both sites, and employ over 400 staff. Our Mission is to provide individualised quality care & service, tailed to the needs of our clients, aligned to our Christian values, delivered by our warm, friendly and trusted care team.
