Chelsea Community Support Services (ChelCSS) Chelsea Community Support Services is a not-for-profit organisation based in Chelsea, Victoria. We provide information, advocacy, and emergency relief to individuals and families in the Kingston community experiencing financial hardship or social isolation. As part of the Community Information & Support Victoria (CISVic) network, we connect clients with essential services, support pathways, and practical assistance. Our volunteer team plays a vital role in helping community members access support with dignity, compassion, and respect.
