Ipswich Central State School's P&C ran tuckshop  is reaching out to share an exciting opportunity with you all. The Waterdragon Cafe is on the lookout for enthusiastic volunteers to help out in our school tuckshop. Our tuckshop is a vibrant and integral part of the school community, providing nutritious and delicious home cooked meals to our students and staff. Volunteering at the tuckshop is not only a fantastic way to support our school but also a chance to engage with the students and staff, and of course, have a bit of fun! We are looking for volunteers who can spare some time during the week (Tuesday-Friday) to help with various tasks, including preparing food, serving students, and helping with clean-up. No prior experience is necessary – just a positive attitude and a willingness to lend a hand. We are happy to work in with your skills and comfort level. If you don't want to serve, that's perfectly ok, we always have things you can do instead. We are relaxed, a bit strange, but totally lovable and I can guarantee you will have a great time! We welcome help for 1 hour, 4 hours or anything in between. You can also choose to come in each week, fortnightly etc. We roster you in to suit your needs and you will always be welcomed and appreciated! In our Profile picture we have one of our Volunteers getting recognised for her many years. Plus if you stay 4 hours, we will feed you :) If you are interested in volunteering or would like more information, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
