White Zebra Foundation

The White Zebra Foundation envisions a future where every child has equitable access to the support they need to participate, belong and thrive—regardless of their family's financial circumstances or funding eligibility. We believe no child should miss out on life-changing allied health services, specialised equipment or opportunities to participate in their community simply because they fall through the gaps in existing funding systems. The White Zebra Foundation consists of three support pillars; The White Zebra Sponsorship Program The White Zebra Equipment Loan Library and Annual Inclusive Community Events hosted by The White Zebra Foundation The White Zebra Foundation Equipment Loan Library provides families with free access to specialised paediatric therapy equipment. Our library currently houses more than 340 pieces of equipment across a wide range of categories, including mobility, positioning, communication, sensory regulation, assistive technology, play and gross motor development. Families can borrow equipment at no cost under the guidance of their WizeTherapy clinician, allowing children to trial equipment in their everyday environments before families commit to purchasing expensive items. The White Zebra Sponsorship Program provides free allied health services to children who are unable to access government funding pathways but are experiencing significant functional challenges that impact their participation in everyday life. The White Zebra Sponsorship Program is currently supporting 35 Perth-based families with access to free Allied Health services in 2026. This program supports children who are falling through the gaps in existing funding systems, ensuring they receive timely, evidence-based intervention when it is needed most. Eligible families are provided with access to Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology and Allied Health Assistant services, tailored to their child's individual strengths, needs and goals. White Zebra Athletics Day is the Foundation's annual inclusive community event, bringing together children of all abilities to experience the joy of sport in a welcoming, supportive and accessible environment. Designed specifically for children with disability, developmental challenges and additional support needs, the event focuses on participation, confidence and achievement rather than competition. Children are encouraged to challenge themselves, celebrate their successes and enjoy meaningful experiences alongside their families, peers and the wider community. The day features a variety of modified athletics events and activities tailored to suit a broad range of physical abilities, including running races, wheelchair races, walker races, frame runner races, throwing events, jumping activities and team games. Every participant receives encouragement, recognition and the opportunity to experience the excitement of an athletics carnival in an inclusive setting.
