It meets 47 international standards for quality and fire retardant safety. Weighs 3kg. The Backpack Bed is study proven to improve health, dignity, sleep, warmth, comfort and safety. Across Australia Backpack Bed for Homeless partners with over 1,100 homeless agencies. This means when a homeless person visits crisis accommodation (without beds), street doctors, outreach workers or other homeless services they can be given a Backpack Bed as well as ongoing support.
