Works of Faith

Works of Faith is an Australian not-for-profit organisation dedicated to relieving distress and suffering caused by poverty, homelessness, and serious disadvantage. We support people experiencing homelessness by providing practical, life-essential assistance, including clothing, emergency accommodation support, nutritious food and clean drinking water, hygiene items, and limited financial assistance. Our approach is grounded in dignity, respect, and meeting people where they are during times of crisis. Our work is motivated by Christian compassion and values, expressed through practical care and genuine human connection. We welcome volunteers from all backgrounds who share a desire to serve others with empathy, integrity, and kindness. Volunteers are central to our mission and may assist with outreach, food and clothing distribution, events, administration, fundraising, and other support roles. We strive to create a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment where every volunteer can make a meaningful difference. Together, we aim to restore hope, dignity, and practical support to people when they need it most.
