Inclusive and Diverse Communities Incorporated (IDC) is a secular, not for profit organisation based in Southwest and Western Sydney. IDC promotes access and inclusion, and embraces diversity and intersectionality. IDC assists people who face challenges such as getting and navigating services, and financial and social hardship. Here are just some of the services we offer: My Aged Care info session, My Aged Care referral services pop up, Zero Barriers, community outreach; and projects such as Empowerment, Belonging, and Wellbeing.
