Healesville Living and Learning Centre

Healesville Living and Learning Centre (HLLC) has been bringing our community together since 1979, providing inclusive programs that strengthen connections, build skills, and support wellbeing. We're more than just a community centre—we're a welcoming space where people can drop in, learn something new, share their skills, and feel part of something meaningful. Whether it's creative workshops, digital skills classes, wellbeing activities, or skill swaps, we create opportunities for everyone to participate and grow. We have a special focus on supporting people who might feel socially excluded or vulnerable, helping them connect with mainstream community activities, and further eduction and work, in a safe, pressure-free environment. Right now, we're transforming our service model and offerrings. That means more consultation and co-design with the community, a broader range of more targeted programs and better stepping stones from participant to volunteer to leadership and work opportunities.
