Invisible Injuries

Invisible Injuries is an Australian not-for-profit charity supporting the mental health and wellbeing of veterans, first responders, and their support networks through trauma-informed, community-based programs. We deliver peer-led wellness initiatives that focus on nervous system regulation, connection, and preventative mental health support — helping people build practical tools to navigate stress, transition, and everyday challenges, in-person and online. Our organisation is values-driven, professionally run, and grounded in lived experience. Volunteers play a vital role in helping us deliver programs, support community engagement, and strengthen the systems that allow our work to grow sustainably. You don’t need to be a veteran or first responder to get involved — just someone who believes in mental health, community connection, and purpose-driven work.
