We have trained advocates who do claims free of charge to Australian veterans. Veterans are all people who have served for one day in the Australian Defence Force. We do claims under the VEA Act 1986, DRCA 1988 and MRCA 2004. From 1 July 2026 VEA and DRCA will be closed and all claims will be determined under MRCA. All existing benefits under VEA and DRCA will be grandfathered and indexed as normal. We also do appeals to the Veterans Review Board and the Administrative Review Tribunal at no cost to the veteran.
