Lili Grace Foundation is an Australian-registered charity dedicated to transforming the lives of children living with Type 1 diabetes in Zimbabwe. Our mission is to increase access to life‑saving insulin, essential diabetes management supplies, mental health support, and community-based education.
We operate through a phased, scalable model that prioritises sustainability, collaboration, and long-term impact. By partnering with existing diabetes organisations and community networks, we are working to ensure that every child affected by Type 1 diabetes can access the care and support they need to live healthy, empowered lives.
