Toowoomba Homeless Outreach is a team of volunteers that directly relieves poverty, distress and disadvantage by providing free meals, hygiene facilities and social support to people experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness. The service improves health outcomes, dignity and social connection, and reduces the risks associated with food insecurity, poor hygiene and social isolation. It operates seven days a week, including public holidays, ensuring consistent access to essential support.* We provide breakfast, hot showers, , washing and drying facilities every day of the year including public holidays. We work alongside OneBridge Nurses who specialise in working with the homelesss and the The Queensland Department of Housing operates their Critical Response Teams (CRPs). . The St Vincent de Paul Homeless Outreach Team work with us closley also.
