Workpower

Workpower is a disability services organisation offering local, practical support for people with disability in Busselton. Their programs are built around individual goals and NDIS plans, and they focus on four key areas: School, Learn, Work, and Life. School Supports — Helps students in Years 9–12 prepare for life after school through confidence-building, work experience, and transition planning. Learn Programs — Builds everyday and workplace skills using digital and interactive tools (e.g., communication, teamwork, problem-solving, literacy, hygiene). Work Pathways — Supports people to explore employment options, gain work experience, access job coaching, or enter supported employment or micro-enterprise opportunities. Life Skills & Community Participation — Helps people increase independence, connect socially, and participate in community life. Workpower also provides supported employment through its South West social enterprises, giving people with disability real work.
