The Young Animal Protection Society Inc. is a not-for-profit charity that cares for homeless and unwanted dogs and cats in the Cairns and surrounding district.
The Friends of YAPS are a group of dedicated volunteers who work together to run all types of fundraisers big or small. BBQS, high tea, online art auctions, Colour Run, trivia nights, market stalls to name a few. Our group has been running for more than 14 years and we have helped raise over $120,000.
