GROW Gardens

GROW Gardens is a Melbourne-based social enterprise delivering high-quality gardening, landscaping and urban greening services while creating real employment pathways for First Nations youth. We work across community, commercial and civic spaces, including garden maintenance, planting projects, native and indigenous garden renewals, urban greening and public landscape improvements. Our purpose is simple: to grow beautiful, climate-resilient landscapes while growing skills, confidence, connection and employment opportunities for First Nations young people. Our team works alongside experienced mentors who provide practical gardening guidance, on-the-job training, encouragement and support. Volunteers who join GROW Gardens become part of a warm, hands-on team that values learning, respect, teamwork, culture, community and care for Country. We are looking for people who enjoy being outdoors, sharing practical skills and helping young people build confidence through meaningful work.
