Selah Innovation Group - VW

Selah Innovation Group is a Wyndham-based social innovation organisation focused on strengthening respect, belonging and wellbeing across workplaces, education and community settings. We develop the RBW Behavioural Framework, a practical, human-centred system that helps people understand behaviour, build positive relationships and create safer, more supportive environments. Our work combines behavioural insights, community learning and early-intervention approaches to empower individuals and groups to connect, reflect and grow. We collaborate with local councils, community centres, learning networks and innovation partners to deliver workshops, learning experiences and capacity-building initiatives that support healthier, more inclusive communities.
