Rise & Thrive Co. is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting young people and individuals impacted by domestic and family violence, trauma, and mental health challenges. We deliver early intervention and recovery programs that combine trauma-informed counselling, psychology and behavioral therapy, education, and physical activity to build resilience, emotional awareness, and healthy coping strategies. Our programs focus on breaking cycles of intergenerational trauma, empowering individuals to turn adversity into strength, and creating safer, more connected communities.
