Hopeful Harbour is a new not for profit company consisting of 3 directors and no staff/volunteers. At Hopeful Harbour, we believe that leadership is not limited by geography, age, or background. Through our global initiatives, we are intending to empower high school students, women, and girls from disadvantaged communities to become leaders of tomorrow.
