Volunteers are at the heart of everything we do at Millennial Productions, supporting both our creative output and the ongoing operations of the organisation. Across our productions, volunteers take on a wide range of roles including performers, directors, choreographers, musical directors, stage managers, designers, and technical crew. They are involved in all stages of the production process from auditions and rehearsals through to bump-in, show delivery, and bump-out. Beyond the stage, volunteers also contribute to the organisation’s administration and strategic growth. This includes serving on the Board, supporting marketing and social media, assisting with event coordination, managing ticketing and front-of-house operations, and contributing to the development of policies, systems, and processes. Our volunteers bring a diverse mix of professional and creative skills, and many contribute beyond a single role, helping us operate as a collaborative, community-driven organisation. Their passion, time, and expertise enable us to deliver high-quality productions while fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for artists and audiences alike.
