PAWS Pet Therapy

PAWS Pet Therapy is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to improving the wellbeing of people through the special bond between humans and animals. We train volunteers and their dogs to provide enjoyable pet assisted therapy visits to people with a range of needs. Our trained volunteers and their dogs visit aged care, hospitals, schools and a number of other facilities, where they give companionship, comfort and positive interactions as well as promoting the benefits and magic of pet assisted therapy. We are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others while creating rewarding volunteering opportunities for people and their pets.
