Trading as Hastings Neighbourhood Services. The Neighbourhood Centres at Port Macquarie & Wauchope provide an array of programs, information & brochures free of charge to all members of the community. We provide referrals to community support organisations in the Hastings and can also advocate on your behalf if necessary
